The majority of our supplements are food based, which means they are more bio-available for your body and promote optimal absorption!

OUR PRODUCTS
WHOLE FOOD SUPPLEMENTS
It can be difficult to get all of our nutrients from our food sources. Therefore, it is very common to use supplements to gain proper nutrient uptake. If a supplement is synthetic however, we can only absorb around 25% of what we take in. Whole food supplements are meant to be the closest version to natural sources which allows us to absorb much more of the nutrient in the supplement itself.
TINCTURES
Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves (dried or fresh), or roots from one or more plants in alcohol which pulls out the active ingredients in the plant parts, then concentrating them as a liquid. Tinctures have been around for millennia and are a key component of traditional herbal medicine.
CELL SALTS
Schuessler’s 12 Tissue Salts (cell salt or biochemic) remedies are often called a ‘medicine chest’ for the whole family. It is believed that ill-health is caused by an imbalance in the bodies twelve vital cell salts. Schuessler believed that these imbalances could be corrected by easily absorbed and homeopathically-prepared, micro-doses of each salt.
